Essential oils of Bergamot, Cedarwood and Geranium are helpful for people suffering from psoriasis. There are a couple different ways these oils can be used.
One way is to create a massage oil. You can add a few drops of one or more of the essential oils mentioned above to a vegetable oil.

Psoriasis massage oilCoconut oil is great choice. It just needs to be warmed slightly to above 78 degrees in order for it to become a liquid.

That makes it easier to blend in the essential oils. Now you have a nice therapeutic massage oil for psoriasis.

You can also add any of these oils to the bath. Simply add a few drops of one or more of the oils into the tub while the water is filling the bathtub.

Maybe light a candle, relax and enjoy a nice warm bath.

You should never apply any of these oils to the skin undiluted. Always blend with a massage oil or dilute with water.
